These terms are between you and [YOUR TRADING NAME] ([ABN]), the operator of Flowcatch. By connecting your Xero account you accept them.
Flowcatch reads your Xero sales history and emails you a weekly list of customers who appear to have stopped ordering or reduced their spending, with the reasoning behind each.
Flowcatch makes statistical estimates from past invoices. It cannot know why a customer stopped ordering, and it will sometimes flag customers who are perfectly happy and miss customers who are leaving. It is a prompt to look, not business advice, and it is not accounting, legal or financial advice. Decisions you make based on it are yours.
You must be authorised to connect the Xero organisation you connect. You are responsible for who you add as a recipient of your alert emails, since those emails contain your customers' names and contact details.
[PRICING AND BILLING TERMS — to be completed before charging anyone.]
You can disconnect and delete your data at any time from your dashboard, without contacting us. [REFUND TERMS.]
We aim to send alerts reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Xero's API, our hosting provider or our email provider may be unavailable at times. If an alert email is delayed or missed, our responsibility is limited to sending it when service resumes.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
We may suspend or end your access if you misuse the service or fail to pay. We will give you notice and time to export or delete your data where we reasonably can.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
